I have placed an order on Francesca's Online Store. It has almost been two weeks, and I have not heard anything regarding the status on my order. I have tried calling customer service regarding this issue earlier today, and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone on that end.
I went on their website to purchase some items and when I checked out the order did not go through. I checked my bank account and noticed that they were able to take the money out of my account, but weren't able to process the order. I called their customer support line and found out that the order declined because the billing address I used was different from my card (sounds reasonable), but my money will not get back into my account for another 3-5 business days. Ridiculous! They shouldn't take the money out of my account if they weren't able to process it in the first place.

Never order online. I have pictures of earring being deluvers with no jewels attached and a 40$ hat that has missing gems and a tear. Will NEVER order here again.
Customer service doesn't respond to requests. I reached out to them for support and haven't gotten a response over a week later.
There was an in store deal of buy one item of jewelry get another for free. I bought a necklace and a pack of rings for 18 dollars. The next day the necklace completely broke out of nowhere and I found it on the ground later on. I didnt even do anything to make it snap. The rings are already rusting completely. They're turning into a gross copper color. Never buying from there again. It's cheap products.
They don't give access to the website. Everytime I try to enter the website, appears the notice - access denied on this server (from all the devices the same problem). I can't see what products they have.

The worst customer service
The Societe Have no skills never She treated me horribly I noticed before me she told this customer only credit cards we don't take cash because of COVID-19 that you might be caring I couldn't believe with my ears hurt but when it was my turn I touch some thing a simple Pam and she said don't grab it you could have COVID-19 I told her are you having a bad day I told her call another associate to help me out another associate approach her and said let me help her and she told her off and said move I'll finish it I told her no you won't let her finish $#*! you're being rude and disrespectful not to me but to her and the previous customer you should not treat people horribly and their employees no respect for them in front of customers I do not recommend the store in fashion Valley Fries Road
I had ordered online and the shirts we're too tight on the sleeve. I exchanged for larger size and for some reason there sleeves are just extremely tight. I dmt have large arms, I'm fairly petite. So anyway, I returned it all. Second order online I made, (short sleeves) they charged my credit card twice. Every time I hit the pay button it said error try again. When I called they said I never placed an order. They said they couldn't not help me. So now I have $116 racked up on credit card and no clothes. They will not refund me because they claim the order was never processed. So apparently they just charge people regardless of sending u the clothes or not. I'm pissed. What a joke.
Would advise against any online purchases. I placed two seperate orders and there was a missing item in each one. I tried to contact support through their website twice, didn’t hear anything for 3-5 days. Tried to email customers service, didn’t hear anything for a week.
The only time I got a response is when I went to twitter and tweeted them asking when I’d be receiving assistance. If you look through their tweets I was not the only one to have these issues.
Once finally getting in touch with someone they sent me a refund for one item and I apparently had already gotten a refund for the other. I did get the refund(checked records), but I never got notified of them being out of stock or being refunded. That item was the primary reason for my purchase and I likely would not have placed an order if I knew I wasn’t going to actually get it.
They did not offer anyway for me to get it later either. I was hoping they may do so, but they decided not too.
Overall the brand quality is fine, but I would advise against any online sales as you will not get the assistance you need. Well, unless you wait weeks for it. You also are likely to just not get items with no notification that you aren’t receiving them.
I recently received my Calise Woven Mini Tote and initially I was very pleased. However, after carrying the tote for the 3rd time, the interwoven straps came undone. There is evidence that the interwoven straps were once lightly, yet insecurity, glued to the lining of the tote ( traces of glue remain). I have enclosed a picture. I am greatly disappointed in this purchase and the poor craftsmanship of the tote. As a first-time shopper it is doubtful that I will be a returning customer with Franchesca. I contacted customer service via email two times and never received a reply.
A friend & I went to the winston salem store and the lady there was very rude and unprofessional. I also called the store about a product and she was rude AGAIN on phone. I definitely won't be going back to the winston location.
